The
legacy of Rover and the work culture was very much ‘us and them’.
There was a blame culture within the plant and people used to “leave
their brains at the gate”
Zambant coached
the Directors, process area managers and worked with the production
line staff - equipping them so that working as a team, they
could release their real potential and help drive the business
forward. This involved a huge change in the way the staff worked
together.
